Perma Blend Blended Black is an iron oxide/carbon mix pigment that can be used as black eyeliner with an added punch. Ideal for those who love iron oxide but want the pigment to be a bit darker.

Perma Blend is one of the leading producers of permanent make-up and micro-pigmentation pigments. Known for its vibrant colours that stay true even after treatment. Perma Blend pigments are stable, easy to apply, can be mixed with each other, and tested and approved by the German CTL laboratory.
