Product Description
Royal Black from Biotek is an intense, long-lasting black shade suitable for eyeliner treatments. Royal Black is made almost entirely from carbon, meaning it will last a long time in the skin but may fade to a smoky grey over time.
Pigments are full coverage and come packaged in airtight bottles, to avoid wastage. Biotek pigments are created in Italy and adhere to all EU, REACH and FDA regulations. All Biotek pigments are also vegan and cruelty free.
