RefectoCil - Intense Browns Intensifying Primer Medium 15ml

RefectoCil Intense Brow[n]s Intensifying Primer prepares the eyebrow area for a more intense make-up effect, giving skin stain results that last for 6-10 days. Please note, the primers do not impact the longevity of the tinting on the brow hairs, only on the skin. Therefore, the primer is an optional step when using the Intense Brow[n]s tinting system.

Prepares the skin in the eyebrow area for even colouring. Enables medium semi-permanent make-up effect.
