Li Pigments Will Anthony Signature Series Secret Black is an organic carbon black that can be used by itself, but will heal truer and blacker when layered on top of Black Cocktail or London Fog.
As this is a carbon black, we recommended that only experience PMU technicians use this black.
From Li Pigments and world-renowned permanent make-up artist Will Anthony comes a stunning signature series eyeliner pigments set.
All the pigments are easy to use as they come pre-mixed, which also increases pigment efficiency. However, you can use the pigments as a base or overlay for the other colours if you wish.
